Your responsibilities

We are inviting applications for a Postdoctoral position in Ergodic Theory and Dynamical Systems. The position is initially for the period of 2 years. There may be the possibility of a renewal for an additional third year. The tentative starting date is September 1st, 2026 (negotiable).

The successful candidate will join Prof. Corinna Ulcigrai's research group, whose main research is on chaotic properties of parabolic systems, and will be supported by Prof. Ulcigrai's SNSF grant -New Frontiers of Renormalization-.

The successful applicant is also expected to contribute to the teaching and research activities at the Institute of Mathematics.

Your profile

The candidate should hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics with a specialization in either Ergodic Theory, Dynamical Systems or other related fields.
