Your background
Completed basic studies in engineering or business-related fields.
Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, energy and environmental technology, mechanical engineering, or business administration
Strong interest in HR topics and people development
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
Confident in using MS Office tools for daily tasks
Work style is independent, structured, and reliable
