Do you want to gain valuable practical experience in service and operations management? As an intern, you will actively support our Service and Operations team and gain insights into key processes and workflows. Your tasks will include:
Analyzing and reporting on service quality (e.g., collecting and evaluating SLA performance data)
Preparing and taking minutes for service meetings with clients
Assisting in the optimization of service processes
Creating and maintaining documentation on service offerings
Supporting the handling of customer feedback and improvement suggestions
Analyzing and optimizing internal workflows and processes
Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and tools
Performance tracking: collecting and evaluating key figures for service optimization
Assisting with resource planning and budget monitoring
Documenting process changes and operational improvements
What we're looking for
Studying Business Informatics or a related field (ETH/FH/University), ideally in a master’s program
Availability for at least 12 months with a workload of at least 50%
Interest in service and process management
Strong analytical skills and enjoyment in working with data
Organized and structured way of working
Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar tools
Fluent German and English skills
