The ITD Strategy Integration lead is part of the ITD Strategy and Transformation Lead team and ensures that all markets, functions, and technology domains move cohesively toward the ITD ambition by integrating plans, priorities, and decision-making into one coherent, enterprise-wide direction
Together with the Head of Strategy and Transformation of each GBU / Country and Function, will drive the design, definition and communication of a common Vision and Strategy, ensuring full integration and coherence
Orchestrates the ITD planning cycle, synchronizes priorities, and provides transparency on progress and interdependencies, ensuring the ITD ambition is executed consistently across the Group
Will drive a culture of delivery and operational excellence and strive for efficiency, effectiveness & transparent communication across ITD and the Group
Ensure a common Vision, Mission and an integrated, convergent and consistent ITD Strategy is defined and regularly updated to support the Business Strategy
Lead the annual and multi-year ITD planning cycle, ensuring coherence across all markets and functions
Provide transparency on progress, interdependencies, and risks to support informed decision-making
Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment and a “one ITD plan” narrative
Strengthen the ITD operating model and governance across the enterprise
Synthesize priorities from GBU’s, markets, functions, and technology domains into a cohesive long-term ITD roadmap
Ensure that strategic decisions are consistent and aligned across the ITD ecosystem
Identify overlaps, gaps, and conflicts in plans, and facilitate their resolution with ITD Leadership Team members
Lead and orchestrate the ITD planning cycle, both annually and for multi-year horizons, across all markets and functions
Consolidate all ITD roadmaps, capabilities, and dependencies into a single, unified operating picture
Support prioritization and investment decisions by providing consolidated insights and scenario analyses
Actively engage with markets, functions, GBU’s teams and in particular with ITD head of Strategy and Transformation to ensure strategic coherence and alignment
Shape and maintain the “one ITD plan” narrative, enabling alignment across geographies and domains
Proactively anticipate where integration is needed and orchestrate cross-functional and cross-market collaboration
Deliver forward-looking insights on progress versus ambition, highlighting structural risks and systemic blockers
Define KPI’s and create integrated progress views for the CDIO and Leadership Team to enable informed, timely decision-making
Partner with Performance and Transformation, Change management, Vendor management, Finance, and Architecture to ensure consistent interpretation and use of data
Governance & Operating Model Integration
Strengthen the effectiveness of ITD’s operating model across markets and functions
Ensure that cross-functional governance forums are well-prepared, coherent, and that decisions are executed effectively
Serve as the connective tissue between strategy articulation, planning, and execution, ensuring seamless integration
Work Experience
At least 10 cumulative years of experience within IT Strategy, Business services, Change management and Business & IT transformation
Master best practices in Strategy and Transformation
Experience as Business leader and able to grasp business priorities and strategies
