Independently conduct user research, analyse needs and feedback to inform design improvements
Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers throughout all design and execution phases
Develop and maintain design systems, frameworks, and accessibility guidelines
Plan and prioritise design work, aligning deliverables with business objectives
Your experience/knowledge:
Strong experience with end-to-end UX/product design (minimum 4–5 years required)
Proficiency in product design principles, user-centred methodologies, and UX research
Familiarity with storyboarding, data analysis, and iterative design practices
Professional background in video advertising or Google Ads ecosystem highly desirable
Language skills: English
