5+ years of experience in transformation, project management, consulting, or operational improvement roles

Proven experience leading complex, multi‑department change initiatives

Lead digitization projects that enhance automation, data visibility, and operational efficiency
Define transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities and long‑term strategy
Identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities across business units
Conduct impact assessments and develop business cases for transformation initiative
