Job Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in transformation, project management, consulting, or operational improvement roles
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience leading complex, multi‑department change initiatives
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale transformation programs.Manage timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.Facilitate change readiness activities for impacted teams
- Lead digitization projects that enhance automation, data visibility, and operational efficiency
- Define transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities and long‑term strategy
- Identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities across business units
- Conduct impact assessments and develop business cases for transformation initiative
