STORE MANAGER 100% (M/W/D) ZARA HOME ZÜRICH

Main Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the Zara Home Zürich store
• Manage the daily store operations and ensure smooth and efficient performance
• Lead, motivate and support a team of managers and sales assistants
• Create a positive, dynamic and customer-focused working environment
• Identify, train and develop talent within the store
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
• Organize schedules and allocate tasks according to store activity
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and promote premium service standards
• Drive active selling, customer loyalty and high-quality customer advice
• Analyze sales, KPIs, best-sellers and commercial performance
• Implement concrete actions to improve results and productivity
• Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising standards and Zara Home brand image
• Optimize product presentation according to trends, commercial priorities and product rotation
• Work closely with merchandising and commercial teams
• Supervise deliveries, stock management, replenishment and inventories
• Ensure a smooth and professional cash desk operation
• Apply HR procedures, safety standards and internal company guidelines

Profile Required

• Minimum 2 years of successful experience in a retail management position
• Experience as a Store Manager, Deputy Manager or similar position is a plus
• Natural leadership and ability to engage a team around shared objectives
• Strong customer focus, commercial mindset and result orientation
• Ability to analyze sales, KPIs and commercial priorities
• Organized, reactive and able to make decisions quickly
• Confident using management tools and retail processes
• Strong interest in home decoration, design, lifestyle and product presentation
• Ability to bring the Zara Home brand image to life through the store and customer experience
• Very good level of German required
• Professional English
