During this 18-month journey, you will work in four different departments, including an international assignment in either Poland or Spain. What You Will Do
- Begin your journey in the Architecture & Integration team within the corporate IT unit, where you will gain foundational knowledge of architecture and integration principles.
- Choose the remaining rotations yourself: whether in Container Platforms, Private or Public Cloud, DevOps Tools, API and Streaming, Database Technologies, Service Automation, or further specialization in Architecture & Integration, as long as it is within the scope of your specialization.
- Engage in stages within product teams that provide future-oriented technologies, allowing you to grow within the industry.
- Receive guidance from a senior mentor throughout the intensive program, leveraging his extensive experience to enhance your learning and development.
- Expand your professional horizons with initial work experiences abroad in Madrid or Warsaw, and build a robust network across the company through diverse placements.
What You Bring
- Completed (or to be completed this summer) Bachelor’s or Master's degree preferably in the field of Computer Science, Business Information Technology or similar at a university or university of applied sciences
- First relevant working experience e.g. as working student or with an internship
Basic technical knowledge about databases, container technologies and APIs - Analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude, a willingness to learn new skills, and a positive, outgoing personality. High sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
- Very good written and verbal German and English (C1 level); Spanish is a plus
