      What You’ll Do

      • Provide real-time translation and interpretation in Russian, English and French
      • Provide day-to-day support in communications and assistance with business and personal matters
      • Track tasks, reminders, and ensure timely execution of shareholder instructions
      • Monitor multiple project statuses and report on progress
      • Coordinate travel, meetings, and daily business and personal agendas
      • Handle sensitive communications and documents with full confidentiality
      • Offer administrative support across both business and personal matters
      • Maintain awareness of relevant global and political developments
      • Meet deadlines and stay composed under pressure
      • Work collaboratively with a professional team

      What We’re Looking For

      • Proficient in Russian, English (a must) and French (desirable)
      • Experience in Translation and Interpreting
      • Bachelor’s degree or higher
      • Experience in executive support, translation, or business administration
      • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
      • Multitasking ability and stress resilience
