Join our Operations team as part of the Service Hub, where we ensure the smooth and efficient execution of key banking processes. In this role, you will contribute to high-quality service delivery by managing a broad range of operational activities in a structured and regulated environment, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
As an Operations Specialist within the Service Hub, you are responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient execution of a broad range of operational banking activities. You ensure smooth processing in line with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements and defined quality standards
Execution of day-to-day operational banking tasks
Handling and resolution of inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Support in the onboarding of client relationships
Maintenance and updating of client lifecycle data
Processing of payment transactions and securities trades
Execution of account closures and related processes
Processing of credit and debit card-related activities
What are we looking for?
Several years of experience in operations within Wealth Management or a comparable environment
Full professional proficiency (C1) in German and English
Accurate, structured and reliable working style
Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes while maintaining quality standards
Strong attention to detail and a high level of quality awareness
Interest in operational banking processes and activities
