Are you passionate about the financial world? For our Private Clients Division covering Swiss domestic clients, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Senior Relationship Manager

What would your role be?

• Develop your own client network in the region Switzerland
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects by providing recommendations that encompass multiple products and services
• Develop in-depth understanding of client’s needs, preferences and overall wealth and be responsive to the changes in the business environment or clients’ needs
• Effectively manage a book of clients and act as a relationship lead accountable for the clients’ experience
• Leverage specialists, service officers and other expert resources to ensure the integrated delivery of investment fiduciary, credit, and banking solutions
• Build relationships with internal and external sales referral partners and identify new business development opportunities

What are we looking for?

• At least 20 years’ experience in a similar position within the banking industry
• A proven track record of long-term success as a Relationship Manager, consistently exceeding client expectations
• Being able to build strong relationships an attract new clients for the Swiss market
• A client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
• A team player who can work under pressure
• Highly motivated and with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Fluency in (Swiss-)German and English and effective communication skills
