Excited to take client partnerships to the next level? As a Senior Relationship Manager in our Client Relation Management Team, you'll play a key role in shaping and strengthening strategic client relationships across the entire post‑trade value chain.
We are an agile, driven, and growth‑focused team, managing key clients across clearing, settlement, custody, and related services. Our mission is to deliver reliable, high‑quality post‑trade solutions, anticipate client needs, and act as trusted advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
In this senior role, you'll collaborate closely with Operations, Product Management, IT, and Compliance, while representing the voice of the client within the organization. You'll also engage directly with major clients and market participants to build long‑lasting, value‑adding partnerships.

What You Will Do
- Drive relationships across clearing, custody, digital assets, asset servicing, securities finance and trade repository, responsible for the end-to-end coverage across the entire Securities Post-Trade value chain out of our Zurich office.
- Build, develop and extend strategic relationships on respective levels with banks, broker/dealers and other selective financial institutions as appropriate to grow the business across the business lines.
- Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities in close collaboration with your dedicated sales colleagues across the value chain, ensuring clients benefit from the full suite of services.
- Implement new mandates in close cooperation with the clients and relevant internal stakeholders (sales manager, product management, operations, project management, etc.).
- Client intelligence, monitor/analyze client activities and financials.
- Articulate and actively manage individual account business plans, report KPI figures through periodic updates, internal reporting and to ad-hoc inquiries.
- Representation of SIXin the financial market as senior representative (networking events, forums, etc.).
What You Bring
- Solid understanding of our core business across our value chain with a focus on clearing, custody, asset servicing, securities finance and trade repository the respective market and client requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relationship management role and 10 years of financial industry experience (B2B)
- Structured and thorough approach to solve issues and address requirements in a solution oriented effective way
- High level of customer orientation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent reporting, presentation, verbal and written skills in German and English
