What you will do

• Drive complex, cross-functional projects within GTO, focusing on Finance and Investment Systems as well as key AI initiatives
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and Group Technology-s strategic vision
• Engage, influence, and manage diverse senior-level stakeholders, fostering transparency and effective collaboration
• Identify risks, interdependencies, and critical issues, ensuring proactive mitigation and timely delivery
• Partner closely with different technology and business teams to shape solutions, define delivery approaches, and ensure execution excellence

What you bring

• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
• Excellent command of English; German is an advantage
• A collaborative team-player who is adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable operating independently
• Proven ability to manage complex demands in large organizations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI initiatives (strongly preferred)
• SAP experience
• Experience in insurance or reinsurance
• Project experience with Finance and/or Investment Management systems
