• As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving strategic decisions within our product organization by providing data-driven insights. You will lead analytical projects, optimize data flow, and enhance reporting to empower stakeholders. • Drive Strategic Insights: Partner with Product Leadership across Innovation, Strategy, Design, Creation, and Sourcing to identify key questions, define analytical approaches, and deliver data-driven insights that inform critical business decisions and strategic initiatives
• Shape Data-Driven Processes: Lead the Right Data at the Right Time initiative, meticulously mapping end-to-end decision-making processes within the product organization to optimize data flow and ensure timely, relevant information is available
• Lead Analytical Projects: Proactively identify, scope, and lead complex analytical projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering actionable recommendations
• Elevate Reporting & Analysis: Develop and refine impactful reports and dashboards, transitioning from reactive data provision to proactive, insightful analysis that empowers stakeholders and drives continuous improvement

Your story

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Data Science, Information Management, or a similar quantitative field. A Master's degree is preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in a strategic analytical role, such as a Lead Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar, preferably within a fast-paced consumer industry or Research & Development
• Proven expertise in synthesizing, structuring, and simplifying complex business problems into actionable analytical frameworks
• Exceptional ability to analyze, model, and interpret large datasets using advanced proficiency in Python and Excel
• Strong experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, HEX) and advanced SQL capabilities
• Demonstrated track record of effective communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to engage, influence, and align with senior leaders
• You thrive in a dynamic, complex, and evolving environment, showcasing strong autonomy and adaptability to new challenges
• A collaborative team player with a passion for driving strategic impact and fostering a data-driven culture

• You will be part of the Operational Excellence team: an entrepreneurial, dynamic and talented group focused on evolving the product organization (innovation, product strategy, design, development, sourcing) to new levels of effectiveness and performance
• Just by the banks of the Limmat you’ll find our largest global hub in Zürich West – On Labs – where you can hike up 12 floors through our custom-built spiral trail
• We’re at the heart of the action, helping out different people and teams across R&D and the wider business every day. There’s a learning curve, sure, but the variety of projects and topics we cover is unmatched
