(Senior) Manager, Distribution Governance (Life Insurance)

Drive and enhance distribution governance frameworks, policies, and control standards
Partner with Life Distribution, Legal, Risk and Compliance to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions
Provide governance advisory to support business initiatives and strategic projects
Promote a customer-centric, compliant sales culture across intermediaries
Develop dashboards and management reports to monitor distribution quality and risk indicators
Conduct control testing, quality assurance reviews, and monitor remediation actions
Support regulatory inspections, audits, and ensure inspection readiness
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strong governance and effective control execution
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance, preferably within distribution governance, compliance or risk management
Strong understanding of IFA and brokerage distribution models and regulatory expectations
Experience in control frameworks, conduct risk, or governance functions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
High integrity, strong accountability and sound judgment
Ability to design and implement governance frameworks, policies, and controls
Experience in control testing, QA reviews and monitoring programmes
Strong data analysis, reporting and dashboard development skills
Capability to interpret regulations and translate into practical business requirements
Experience supporting audits, regulatory inspections, and issue remediation tracking
