What would your role be?

• Design, build, operate, and continuously improve a scalable, resilient platform and workplaces for our development teams
• Enable automation through CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and self-service tooling
• Demonstrate deep expertise in Azure cloud, automation tooling, and programming languages
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and efficiency
• Drive DevOps security by implementing secure coding standards, SAST/DAST, and software supply chain security, while embedding security best practices across the entire software development lifecycle
• Support the adoption of cutting-edge AI coding assistants and autonomous agents, shaping how they are used to improve developer experience and engineering workflows
• Act as a trusted partner to development teams by actively supporting, guiding, and educating engineers, driving best practices, and fostering a strong DevOps culture across the organization

What are we looking for?

• Familiar with different tools and solutions regarding developer workplaces, CI/CD, code security, AI coding assistance
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Highly motivated, committed, used to taking on responsibility and eager to continuously develop yourself further
• Agile, flexible and appreciative working in an energetic, dynamic team
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language proficiency is an advantage
