Your tasks include:
• and provide recommendations for improvements
• Assess laboratory processes
• data transmission processes using HL7, LDT, and other protocols
• Develop and implement
• Select, configure, and test
• and customers on laboratory-specific topics
• with internal and external partners to optimize laboratory workflows
• To support our sales and business development efforts, you assist with acquisition and presales activities. When working with clients, you actively build a network and are capable of generating leads

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in the medical laboratory field, ideally with experience in IT-related roles within this environment. Previous roles could include, but are not limited to: Software Developer, Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Owner, Project Manager
• Demonstrated at least five years of experience in a medical laboratory setting, showcasing successful implementations, process optimizations, and effective troubleshooting of IT-related systems
• You have successfully completed a certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C), PMP, or Hermes Advanced, or you are willing to obtain one
• Optional Skills
• Familiarity with healthcare data transmission protocols such as HL7 or similar
• Proficiency in databases and SQL
• Experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or others
• Knowledge of the Swiss health / medical laboratory ecosystem
• Language Skills
• Fluency in English and German is required. French or Italian is a plus
• Personal Qualities
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• High self-motivation and independence
