• Join our Supply Chain & Operations team to lead transformative logistics projects for global organizations. You will drive both strategic and operational improvements in digital logistics and fulfillment, with a strong focus on sales and client engagement
• Actively participate in the sales cycle, including proposal development, client presentations, and relationship building
• Deliver High-Impact Projects in digital logistics
• Design and implement logistics transformation programs, focusing on digitalization of transports (SAP TMS, OTM, BlueYonder, etc.), network modelling (Coupa, AIMMS, etc), warehouse (SAP EWM, BlueYonder, etc), and order management / OTC
• Advise clients on digital logistics strategies, network design optimization, 3PL/4PL contracting, lean warehousing, trade terms optimization, cost to serve
• Stay ahead of industry trends in retail, direct-to-consumer, and technology-driven logistics. Contribute to internal knowledge development and best practices

What we look for

• 4-5 years in consulting or project-based roles within logistics and supply chain (retail or direct-to-consumer preferred)
• Interest and ability to contribute to business development activities
• Hands-on experience implementing transport management systems, network design tools, WMS
• Technical Knowledge
• Experience in managing projects
• Familiarity with retail and consumer-focused logistics models
• Excellent client-facing skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel regionally and globally
• Flexibility
