These technologies are essential for moving and storing natural gas, hydrogen, and green gases, helping to drive the global transition toward cleaner energy

• Dive deep into customer needs and work closely with engineering to deliver best-in-class compression solutions
• Take ownership of sales and product strategies, identify growth opportunities, and create value-driven proposals
• Use your expertise and past project insights to develop accurate budgets and manage communication with sub-vendors
• Prepare clear, compelling technical and commercial proposals that define scope and terms, fueling success for sustainable projects
• Engage confidently with customer teams to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships
• Continuously improve processes, develop smart tools, and champion cost optimization to strengthen our agile, sustainable environment

• Ideally in mechanical, industrial, or energy systems engineering
• Master's Degree in Engineering:
• Familiarity with natural gas, hydrogen, and biofuels markets is a strong advantage
• 3-5 years of proven success in relevant roles
• Experience in Sales or Project Management:
• Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, driving results, and turning opportunities into wins
• Confident in engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders
• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills:
• Fluent in English, proficiency German and in other languages is an advantage
• Language Skills:
• Experience with customer relationship management tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with modern business tools
• Digital Skills:
• A resilient, hands-on team player who thrives in dynamic environments
