Your Role

• Optimizing revenue from rooms and events through effective inventory management, rate restrictions, and targeted use of distribution channels to increase market share
• Maximizing Total Revenue:
• Developing dynamic pricing and commercial strategies tailored to seasonal trends, market fluctuations, and the brand philosophy, as well as precise forecasting and support for the budgeting process
• Analyzing revenue data (actual vs. target figures), monitoring market and competitor trends (RGI, ARI, MPI), and deriving concrete recommendations for action during future peak periods
• Performance Analysis & Market Benchmarking:
• Close collaboration with Sales, Hotel Operations, and Group Sales; leading commercial strategy meetings and forecast reviews; and providing strategic advice to the leadership team
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:
• Ensuring data quality in revenue management systems; conducting tactical tests; and maintaining stakeholder relationships through transparent communication and collaboration at all levels

Experience in revenue management, ideally in an international hotel setting (e.g., Marriott), as well as a deep understanding of market metrics and sales trends. Knowledge of the Zurich market is a plus
