      We are seeking a Manager for our Relationship Management Team within the South Africa Desk at Swissquote Switzerland. Reporting to the Head of Business Development South Africa, this role oversees a team of Relationship Managers and Assistants and is responsible for driving revenue growth while building and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, trustees, banks, and brokers

      Qualifications

      • 8+ years of experience in relationship management and sales, ideally within the financial services industry
      • Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience motivating and guiding teams of Relationship Managers and Assistants
      • Solid understanding of financial products and services, relationship management, institutional sales processes and deep knowledge of industry trends and regulations
      • Experience working with or within the South African financial sector
      • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
      • Fluency in English and German is essential
