You will be responsible for supporting our claims teams by facilitating and monitoring rehabilitation services and delivering advice and training to improve the claims experience for Zurich and our customers. You will do this by ensuring consistency and quality across rehabilitation decisions; providing technical advice and guidance to the claims team (including Case Conferences); and collaborating with colleagues to share best practice across the Claims teams

Important to your success – let’s grow together

• Tertiary qualification in either Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Rehabilitation Counselling (current registration with AHPRA or ASORC/RCAA highly regarded)
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation (experience at an occupational rehabilitation provider highly regarded)
• Experience in personal illness/injury schemes such as life insurance, workers compensation, CTP, DVA or other
