      Job Description

      Receptionist Responsibilities

      • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers
      • Manage incoming calls in German and English
      • Receive and assist clients and guests
      • Coordinate meeting room schedules, including preparation, setup, and ensuring rooms are clean and ready for use
      • Organize and support virtual meetings, including video conference setup and troubleshooting when needed.

      Allrounder

      • Support daily office operations across different departments
      • Assist with a variety of administrative and organizational tasks
      • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-stocked workplace
      • Coordinate basic logistics, bookings, and internal arrangements
      • Handle ad-hoc requests and step in where support is needed
      • Contribute to a smooth, efficient, and positive office environment

      The Successful Applicant

      • Previous experience in reception, office support, or a similar allrounder role
      • Fluent in German and English; any additional languages are a strong advantage
      • Professional and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
      • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
      • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
      • Reliable, proactive, and hands-on attitude
      • Confident in handling phone calls and interacting with clients and visitors
      • Good knowledge of MS Office and general administrative tools
      • Flexible and willing to support across different tasks and teams
      • Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to creating a positive office environment
