Job Description

• Develop and implement quality control systems
• Identify and set quality assurance standards
• Oversee the analysis and inspection of products and materials
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry codes
• Prepare and present quality reports to company management
• Manage and mentor a dedicated quality assurance team
• Participate in audits and implement corrective actions
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to improve product quality

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Assurance Manager should have:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, German is required
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyse data and create meaningful reports
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
