Do you love challenges?
As Project Manager in the field of Delivery Assurance for SAP and ServiceNow Project and Managed Services, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with NTT DATA regions to conductfor new and existing large customer engagements, ensuring SAP and ServiceNow-specific risks are addressed
risk and quality assessments
Providing feedback on the to ensure that new projects and services meet agreed standards and quality expectations
Supporting Red/Amber projects by developing and executing , including internal management reporting
Managing working withregions to define the correct escalation path, supporting de-escalation managers, addressing root causes, and restoring customer confidence
Defining, together with the regions, the necessary services to ensure quality, speed and profitability
