Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end category strategy development, competitive tenders, and contract negotiation/execution
• Act as SME in Marketing & Professional Services procurement (Media, Creative, Production, Events, Sponsorships, Consulting)
• Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies to drive client value and savings
• Manage RFP/RFI processes, supplier selection, and competitive bidding
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and performance metrics to achieve optimal commercial terms
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and spend data to identify value improvement opportunities
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Partner closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
• Mitigate supply, compliance, and market risks while supporting global and local sourcing initiatives

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Marketing and Professional Services Procurement
• Experience working in consulting, advisory, or client-facing procurement environments
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar sourcing projects
• Experience with marketing agency and consulting contracts, including drafting with minimal legal support
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical skills to interpret and optimize campaign performance data
• In-depth knowledge of marketing and consulting supplier landscapes
• Budget management expertise and ability to report on KPIs and success metrics
• Skilled in collaborating with marketing teams and media vendors
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects under tight deadlines
• Professional, motivated team player with flexibility and focus on delivering results
