This role supports product marketing and go-to-market execution, working closely with product and distribution teams to deliver clear, compliant and customer-friendly marketing materials
Support product launch and revamp initiatives by coordinating go-to-market activities, timelines and deliverables
Work with product teams to translate product features, benefits and technical details into clear, customer-friendly propositions and marketing messages
Develop and maintain product marketing materials, including product brochures, sales presentations, digital assets and promotional content
Support ongoing product maintenance by coordinating timely updates to marketing materials in line with product or regulatory changes
Ensure all product marketing materials are accurate, compliant and aligned with approved product propositions and brand guidelines
Assist in the execution of product-focused promotional campaigns across digital, social and offline channels
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver campaign assets on time and to expected quality standards
Support selected brand or umbrella campaigns by contributing product-related content and materials
Support partnership-led marketing initiatives executed on partner platforms (e.g. airline, travel or lifestyle partners) by ensuring alignment with Zurich’s brand, messaging and customer communication standards
Review co-branded materials to ensure consistency with approved product propositions, brand guidelines and communication tone
Conduct basic market and consumer research to benchmark competitor product marketing, campaign messaging and execution standards
Apply insights from market best practices to continuously improve the quality and consistency of marketing materials
Assist in budget tracking, vendor coordination and payment processing
Support product campaign and product reviews by consolidating performance data and execution feedback
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
Minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience in product marketing or marketing execution, preferably within life insurance, insurance or financial services
Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market execution or development of marketing materials
Strong ability to understand technical product information and translate it into clear, customer-friendly marketing content
Good coordination and project-management skills, with experience working across product, distribution and compliance teams
Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese (Traditional Chinese); Mandarin is an advantage
