vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Banking sector
Your tasks:
Support the Head of Procurement Data & Performance in defining and implementing end-to-end standards for purchasing data collection, enforcement and reporting
Contribute to the design and governance of master data structures within SAP S/4HANA, with particular focus on Business Partner records for suppliers and customers
Help standardise data collection across supplier, engagement and commercial data aggregation processes
Safeguard data quality across the procurement lifecycle, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, contract schedules and standing payments
Support the implementation of data ownership, stewardship rules and quality controls across systems feeding procurement processes
Contribute to addressable spend reporting, including planning, implementation and ongoing operational support
Your experience/knowledge:
Degree or equivalent professional experience in information management, data science, business informatics, supply chain, finance or a related discipline
Proven experience in procurement data management, with a strong track record in defining and enforcing data standards and quality controls
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Ariba, including a solid understanding of master data and commercial object structures
Experience managing data collection and metadata within onboarding or questionnaire-driven tools
Exposure to spend reporting and analytics, together with familiarity with tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Language skills: Fluent English is required; German is an advantage
