Your tasks:

• Translate stakeholder and project requirements into clear end-to-end Source-to-Pay process designs aligned with design principles
• Design and model procurement processes from demand through to payment using BPMN 2.0
• Develop semantic-to-system mappings across value chains, business capabilities and process design
• Define how processes interact with policy and governance controls in both directions
• Convert process designs into operational procedures, SLAs and supporting documentation
• Ensure consistency of process models across regions and act as a reference point for platform configuration teams and senior stakeholders

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven hands-on experience as a BPMN 2.0 process designer with process modelling at the core of your background
• Strong practical knowledge of ARIS and object modelling
• Sound understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and the demand-to-payment lifecycle
• Working knowledge of SAP Ariba and/or S/4HANA, sufficient to design processes aligned with platform capabilities
• Experience in process design within financial services or similarly regulated environments
• Language skills: English, German
• Your soft skills:
• Highly adaptive and able to work within internal design principles and guidelines
• Proactive and ownership-driven, with the ability to advance work independently
• Collaborative and stakeholder-focused, with strong communication skills
