What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the Primary Learning Support (LS) programme
• Provide direct support to a caseload of students through co-teaching, interventions and individualised planning
• Oversee the development, monitoring, and review of Individual Learning Plans
• Support teachers with differentiation, inclusive practices, and co-planning
• Review admissions documentation related to learning needs and advise on placement and support requirements
• Conduct screenings or assessments when required for incoming or current students
• Collaborate closely with homeroom teachers, EAL, counsellors, parents, and external specialists
• Contribute to transition processes within Primary and to Secondary School
• Lead team meetings, manage LS resources and budget, and contribute to school-wide inclusion

What makes you our ideal Candidate

• A recognised teaching qualification and a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field
• Specialisation or significant experience in Learning Support, Special Education, or Inclusive Education
• Experience leading a team, mentoring colleagues, and facilitating professional learning
• A minimum of 3–5 years’ successful teaching experience, in IB PYP settings, is a must
• Proven experience supporting students with a wide range of learning profiles, including dyslexia, ADHD, ASD, EAL combinations, and gifted & talented learners
• Strong skills in differentiation, co-teaching, and designing individualised learning plans
• Experience reviewing educational assessments, progress data, or admissions documentation to determine support needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and external specialists
• Strong organisational abilities, including managing documentation, timetables, and support plans with accuracy and confidentiality
• Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) and additional language skills (particularly German) as an asset in our multilingual community
• A reflective, adaptive, and empathetic approach, aligned with inclusive, internationally minded education
• Valid Swiss work permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland is an advantage
