4–5 years of experience in actuarial/pricing roles, preferably in life insuranceStrong understanding of individual life products and pricing principles
Experience with actuarial modelling tools (e.g., Excel, Prophet, R, Python)
Solid knowledge of insurance regulations and financial frameworks (e.g., IFRS 17 is a plus)
Good communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in actuarial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Prophet, R, Python – depending on your environment)

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
Develop and review pricing models for new and existing individual life products
Perform profitability, sensitivity, and scenario analyses; translate results into actionable insights
Analyze data and support assumption setting (mortality, lapse, expenses)
Ensure accuracy, documentation, and governance of pricing models and methodologies
Incorporate risk and capital considerations into pricing decisions
Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Distribution teams to support business objectives
Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior analysts where needed
