The Organizational Development Manager is a key role within the Talent & Organizational Effectiveness team, reporting to the Transformation & Culture Lead. The role contributes to organizational effectiveness, culture, performance, and transformation priorities as the company continues to scale and grow. The OD Manager provides deep expertise across organizational development, organization design, workforce planning, DE&I, and change management. The role combines strong diagnostic capability, structured delivery, and high-quality execution, translating business strategy into effective organizational solutions and insights., This role requires the ability to operate in a global corporate environment, collaborate across teams beyond formal role boundaries, and balance strategic contribution with detailed, hands-on delivery
