What Makes You a great Fit?

• While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team
• Bring 3–5+ years of hands-on experience building mobile applications with Flutter and Dart
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Showcase a proven track record of launching successful apps on both iOS and Android platforms
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and state management
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and native platform features with confidence
• Excel in unit, widget, and integration testing for Flutter apps
• Experience with Xamarin, Objective-C, Swift, .NET, and C# is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira
• Comfortable working within agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively managing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Good self-management skills and resilience under pressure
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment, valuing diversity and inclusion
• Strong communication skills, enabling clear and constructive collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); Spanish and German language skills are a plus
