Drive and execute the distribution strategies to achieve business excellence for Life Distribution Business
Drive and manage strategic initiatives by mobilizing resources, resolving conflicts, collaborating across teams & functions, providing clear prioritization of business initiatives to achieve business goals
Build and foster trusted relationships with key stakeholders; responsible for engagements with frontline, distribution partners, business functions, etc. within the company
Closely work with Direct Channel on strategic initiatives, business planning and operational excellence to accelerate business growth
Ensure alignment between Distribution Channel and Direct Channel on strategic objectives and execution
Leverage on internal and market data to provide insights into sales and customer feedback, market trend and business performance, recommendations for business excellence and continuous improvement
Ensure the governance and compliance are in place and aligned with internal and external regulations and guidelines
Responsible to produce regular and ad-hoc research papers / reports / business cases on strategic initiatives and market landscape
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy development / project management / distribution engagement in insurance or financial services industry
Solid knowledge in insurance products, distribution models, direct and digital channels, go-to-market processes, etc
Excellent stakeholder management skills and influencing skills
Effective communicator with strong presentation and reporting skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
