The evolving geopolitical landscape presents new risks, and treasury departments must adapt to changes in banking and payment transactions, alongside the digitalization of their functions

A Seasoned Manager to support driving our Corporate Treasury Services in Switzerland

This is a unique opportunity to:

• Lead and deliver domestic and international treasury transformations projects and technology implementations as well as transaction-related projects (carve-outs, integrations, etc.). You will cover governance, strategy, operating models, and operational topics such as cash liquidity, financial risk, and bank relationship management
• Collaborate with leadership to expand our Treasury Services team across Switzerland. This includes supporting recruitment, knowledge sharing, training younger team members, and fostering team building
• Contribute to thought leadership, energize sales and acquisition efforts, and innovate our corporate treasury services within the global EY network, balancing efficiency, effectiveness, and control in the digital treasury era
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key technology vendors, particularly those related to Kyriba, FIS, and SAP, ensuring alignment with our service offerings and client needs
• Further grow and build Strategic Vendor Alliances:

Your Expertise: The Foundation of Our Success

• 5-8 years in a treasury function and/or treasury consulting, with a strong focus on technology implementations, particularly with Kyriba, FIS, or SAP
• A proactive approach to consulting, sales, and business development, with a broad network in Switzerland being beneficial
• Strong affinity for treasury technology and proven experience in implementing treasury management systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Leadership Skills:
• Ability to leverage your external network and build internal relationships in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and/or French is an advantage
