Main Responsibilities:
Progress update, perform final test, handing over, collect timesheet and expenses, prepare Service Work Report
Responsible for the team under his/her responsibilities during the work execution
Perform daily office activities as required
Responsible for HSE during the work execution
Provide internal and external reports and as built documentation
Collect and organize time and expense reports after completion of the respective works, report and inform the administrative personnel as required
Provide maintenance / commissioning / troubleshooting activities as directed
Convincing and initiative attitude to explain technical issues in an educative and coaching way
Maintain a good relation with customers without compromising CMS code of conduct policy and quality standards
Education & Experience
Higher education degree (BsC Mech. &/or Elect. Engineering) with sound experience as a Service Engineer or Commissioning Engineer
2-Stroke Engine Knowledge: Feeling for engine performance, thermodynamics, vibrations, materials and structures
Experience of 2-stroke engine service & operation including automation system & electronics
PC user Software and simple “PC setup” skills are necessary
English at a fluent negotiation level is necessary, other languages of advantage
Self-driven and self-critical working behaviour with the target of continuous improvement
Has a clear understanding of the key success factors in our business and job responsibility
