What you're going to do

• Do you have a degree in law and want to apply your knowledge in a versatile, technology-oriented environment?
• Are you interested in topics at the interface between law, business, and IT?
• We are looking for a committed and solution-oriented person who enjoys working on legal issues in a practical manner and would like to support Adnovum in all legal and compliance matters
• You will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Providing general legal advice for internal stakeholders
• Performing internal legal clarifications and developing recommendations for action
• Reviewing, adapting, and drafting contracts in the IT and public procurement sectors (incl. supplier contracts)
• Providing support in compliance and data protection issues
• Co-designing and optimizing internal legal and compliance-relevant processes
• Contributing your legal expertise to various interdisciplinary projects
• If suitable and interested, conducting external contract negotiations
• Degree in law (university or university of applied sciences)
• First professional experience an advantage, but not a prerequisite – entry-level applicants are very welcome
• Training in business law or interest in business and IT law topics is a plus
• Precise, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment in conveying complex legal topics in an understandable and practical way
• Very good command of German and English
