In your role you will partner closely with key stakeholders across On’s Global Supply Chain team, regional operations- logistics colleagues and 3PL partners, among many others. This position is based in Zurich, Switzerland and our working language is English.
Act as the primary subject matter expert, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance on warehouse equipment, technology implementations, and data-driven logistics optimization
Manage RFID implementation projects in warehouses and returns centers, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency
Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring, reporting and quality assurance
Discover specific use cases for RFID technology within the supply chain leveraging RFID data
Support the planning, design, execution, and go-live of 3PL warehouse automation projects
Lead the logistics equipment workstream for a 3PL warehouse automation project in EMEA including evaluation of Change requests according to the Logistics concept
Evaluate and recommend equipment needs for outsourced operations
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure project alignment, successful implementation, and knowledge transfer
Evaluate and recommend new warehouse technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Provide ongoing support for implemented technologies
