      Job Description

      EMEA Recruitment has partnered with a dynamic, international consumer goods organization in its search for a Junior Key Account Manager.

      Our client operates within a fast-paced and highly competitive environment, managing a portfolio of well-established brands across multiple international markets.

      As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will support the Senior Key Account Manager in managing national retail customers and driving commercial performance.

      You will contribute to translating strategic objectives into actionable customer plans, support the execution of growth initiatives, and assist in managing commercial performance across accounts.

      This is an excellent opportunity for a driven commercial professional looking to further develop their career in Key Account Management within a dynamic FMCG environment.

      This role is based in Zurich, Switzerland (Hybrid).

      Responsibilities of the Junior Key Account Manager:

      • Support the management of key national customer accounts, maintaining strong and consistent relationships
      • Prepare materials and insights for regular customer meetings and annual business reviews
      • Support the delivery of sales and margin targets across assigned accounts
      • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
      • Assist in optimizing distribution, assortment, placement, and pricing strategies
      • Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of promotional activities
      • Ensure effective execution of business strategies aligned with key account objectives
      • Build an understanding of customer needs and market dynamics

      Skills & Experience:

      • 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Category Management, Trade Marketing, or similar commercial roles
      • Initial exposure to Key Account Management within FMCG is advantageous
      • Understanding of the Austrian retail landscape is a plus
      • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions
      • Business fluent German and English
