this is a contract opportunity for an experienced IT Administrator for our Switzerland based client based company in the Consulting & Business Services sector
Your tasks:
Provide first and second-level IT support to users via phone, email, and remote assistance
Assist colleagues with basic IT-related issues and troubleshooting
Support administrative tasks, including basic access management
Help with the installation and maintenance of notebooks, peripherals, meeting room equipment, and mobile devices
Your experience/knowledge:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience with IT support and troubleshooting
Familiar with Windows products including MS365
Willingness to learn and develop IT skills in a professional environment
Language skills: English and German (C1 / C2 level)
Your soft skills:
Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
A high degree of self-organisation and time management
Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
