vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector

Your tasks:

• Support Product Owners in managing and prioritising product backlogs
• Facilitate backlog refinement and requirements workshops
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable deliverables
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation
• Define and coordinate test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide second-line support for applications and services, investigating incidents and operational issues

Your experience/knowledge:

• 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within IT, technology or digital delivery teams
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation skills
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience supporting Agile delivery teams, product backlogs, testing and UAT activities
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow or similar tools
• Language skills: English (fluent)
• Your soft skills:
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
