What you move

• Improve the reliability and customer experience of our methane monitoring solutions
• Oversee the day-to-day operational processes of our IoT service that includes the complete life-cycle
• 2nd level support: Identify root causes of HW, FW or data processing issues and drive corrective actions
• Provide feedback to R&D, product management, and support teams to enhance performance & user experience

What you bring along

• Engineering degree (FH / TU / ETH). Experience in software disciplines and basic HW understanding
• Comfortable working directly with hardware, equipment, and in-field environments
• Strong SW affinity including IoT platforms, scripting (e.g. Python), data analysis, Jira JSM, databases
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, task tracking, and stakeholder communication
