• Community of Practice help us in achieving horizontal alignment across all value streams of the Digital Hangar. Promoting collaboration and innovation, creating a culture of continuous improvement. As an intern, you will be working closely with the CoP Leaders, as well as with Community Members
• Contribute to the effective functioning of the CoP by engaging with members to identify relevant subjects, gathering and structuring topics for weekly discussions
• Contribute to identifying opportunities where AI can enhance and support existing workflows
• Maintain the CoP communication concepts (Sharepoint)
• Define CoP relevant onboarding concepts
• Support the organization and moderation of CoP Meetings and Calls (weekly)
• Support the CoP Lead in planning and executing Community Surveys
• Accompany Digital POs and Digital BAs in their daily doings
• Inspire SWISS with fresh perspectives

• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in a relevant field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Interest in technology, digital products, data, and AI
• AI literacy, including prompt engineering, critical evaluation of AI outputs, and responsible AI usage is a plus
• Technical background is a plus
