Are you interested in learning the basics of Air Cargo? Do you want to work in a team with a broad range of responsibilities and interfaces both in HQ and globally in local stations? In this internship, you will have the chance to work on various tasks and projects as a fully integrated member of the team

Tasks

• Work on various projects together with interfaces; e.g. new cargo management system upgrade, collaboration project with Lufthansa Cargo
• Support the team in process reviews and their documentation
• Support the preparation of training content for global sales teams
• Prepare presentations and KPI reports; e.g. for weekly performance measurements
• Work on new tools and templates to provide to global sales teams
• Support and conduct regular deep-dive sales analysis
• Participation at regular team and other relevant interface meetings
• Inspire SWISS with fresh perspectives

Requirements

• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates in Business Administration, Economics or similar (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
• Team player with very good communication and social skills
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to articulating and illustrating analyses and presentations
• Very good spoken and written English skills, German and any other language is an asset
• Very good MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
