Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your Mission

• Assist with monthly and quarterly General Ledger activities, including account reconciliations across multiple regions
• Assist with CAPEX, D2C, and Intercompany accounting workflows as needed by the global team
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to streamline global accounting operations
• Support the team on ad-hoc analyses, SOX controls, and cross-functional projects

Your story

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of GAAP or IFRS (coursework acceptable)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a global mindset
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a multicultural, virtual team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
