About Our Client

For our client, a global player with a dynamic and supportive work culture, we are currently looking for an HR Specialist (60-80%).

Job Description

• Act as the main HR contact for employees at assigned sites and manage the full operational HR life cycle
• Handle personnel administration and manage employment documents such as contracts, references, and certificates
• Prepare HR reports for local and global stakeholders
• Provide situational support to the global team in recruitment activities
• Advise and support employees and managers on all HR-related topics within your area of responsibility, including complex issues
• Coordinate and implement organizational changes, individual HR actions, and disciplinary measures
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR tools and processes
• Support broader HR projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

• HR degree, such as Federal Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of professional HR experience in a Swiss or international company based in Switzerland
• Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security, and other HR administrative processes specific to Switzerland
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High service orientation, strong engagement, and a proactive mindset
• Autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate needs and think ahead
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
