      HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

      To support our next growth phase, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will shape the people agenda hand-in-hand with the CEO and leadership team, ensuring that culture, performance and capability keep pace with ambition.

      Your role – trusted partner, builder and enabler

      As HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO, while also being hands-on across the full employee lifecycle. You will help turn strategy into culture, growth into capability, and ambition into sustainable performance.

       Your key responsibilities include:

      • Strategic HR partnership
        • Act as a close advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all people and organizational topics
        • Translate business strategy and growth plans into a forward-looking people agenda
      • Culture & leadership
        • Shape and strengthen a high-performance, entrepreneurial and inclusive culture
        • Support leaders in building strong teams, role clarity and accountability
      • Performance management
        • Design and embed pragmatic, value-adding performance management practices
        • Enable continuous feedback, development and outcome-oriented performance
      • Talent, learning & skills
        • Drive talent development, succession thinking and skills evolution in a fast-changing market
        • Partner with leaders to identify critical capabilities for future growth
      • HR operations & employee lifecycle
        • Own and orchestrate all HR topics across the entire employee journey – from onboarding to development, engagement and retention
        • Ensure compliant, efficient and employee-centric HR processes in close collaboration with Group HR
      • Change & growth
        • Support organizational scaling, new roles, structures and ways of working
        • Be a change agent who balances speed, quality and sustainability

       Your profile – entrepreneurial HR with business acumen

       

      You are energized by growth, complexity and responsibility, and you enjoy working close to the business.

      You bring:

      • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist, ideally in financial services, reinsurance, consulting or other high-performance environments
      • Strong business understanding and the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders
      • Experience across culture, performance management, talent development and HR operations
      • A hands-on, pragmatic mindset with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution
      • High credibility, emotional intelligence and the courage to challenge constructively
      • Fluency in English; German is an advantage
