• The Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor – Late Shift is responsible for overseeing evening housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of all assigned rooms, cleanliness of all public area’s extra requests, organization of all housekeeping designated offices and storage rooms
• This role supervises housekeeping staff during evening hours, inspects completed work, coordinates shift assignments, and responds to urgent cleaning and delivery requests. Ensure a smooth, detailed and all preparations for handover to shift operations is prepared
• Supervise housekeeping staff during late shift operations
• Assign nightly cleaning schedules, priorities, and work areas
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, hallways, and assigned areas for cleanliness and presentation
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards and timelines
• Respond to urgent housekeeping requests, spills, sanitation issues, special cleaning needs and office checks
