• Monitors internal control framework and ensures adequate performance of controls. • Monitors, assesses and evaluates finance business processes, collaborating with local Controllers to identify improvement opportunities
• Liaises with external agencies and ensures Zurich delivers its commitments
• Ensures that any change in external agencies requirements is coordinated and executed on time
• Provides regular support as a SME business analyst to projects, internal initiatives and country-specific customer demands by providing know-how and expertise
