      Head of Commercial Finance

      One of the fastest-growing premium sportswear brands is seeking for a Head of Commercial Finance to join the fast-paced Commercial Finance team. With your business partnering experience and your top-notch analytical skills, your mission is to be the financial navigator and partner to our industry-leading commercial team, creating value by providing insights and supporting decision making. Critical to the success of this role is a collaborative and curious mindset, a desire to drive On’s growth journey and an ability to understand your audience and communicate your message clearly

      Strategic Planning & Pricing:

      • Lead the Commercial Long-Range Plan (LRP) and support business case development for innovation, trade terms, and account P&L strategies
      • Partner with regional CFOs to develop account/channel cost-to-serve models and identify new commercial opportunities
      • Steer the Pricing board by contributing with the improvement of our retail pricing strategy alongside the Pricing team, including following-up the price positioning of our various markets, suggest price updates and simulate the impacts in net sales and margin
      • Develop scalable, standardized reporting infrastructure across channels and markets, integrating sell-in, sell-out, and market data alongside Commercial Analytics team
      • Define and align KPIs, ensuring consistent reporting for both management and operational needs
      • Build scalable reporting infrastructure that integrates forecast, sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through data to create a full view of performance across channels and markets alongside Commercial Analytics team
      • Proactively surface performance trends (e.g., inventory buildup, pricing pressure) and drive follow-up actions
      • Provide ad-hoc analytics support to senior stakeholders (e.g., Management Teams)
      • Educate teams on the use of data platforms and tools, creating training materials and sharing best practices
      • Facilitate regular analytics roundtables to align cross-regional and cross-functional insights (e.g., Ecom, Merchandising, Controlling)
      • Shape the roadmap for new analytics use cases together with global and regional leadership

      Your story

      • 8-10 years experience in Controlling, FP&A or Business Partnering in an agile, high-growth environment
      • Education in the field of Business Administration or Finance
      • Strong understanding of margin structures, pricing dynamics, lifecycle economics, and investment decision-making
      • Experience in sales controlling; pricing background is a plus
      • Exceptional analytical skills, the ability to combine classical metrics with innovative storytelling, and a philosophy of letting data find a voice
      • Cross-functional team-worker, able to demystify data and provide the support to the business to deliver the wow
      • Excellent English skills
      • Have a valid work permit for Switzerland
      • Fluent in financial systems and tools (Looker, BI in general, Anaplan, Google Sheets), with a passion for analytics and scalability
